I need help proving to my ex that i really do care about him!?

We broke up and i wanna get back together. He keeps maxim "you'll find a way." I need help. ive said adjectives i can think of and he wants sexual stuff. im not falling for it. whats something long and detailed but not like deceptive that i can write to him. i do love him. and i need to prove it to get him back...
