Is the forced removal of all?
hats in the classroom in a state university by a professor during an exam minus prior warning of said professor's policy against any laws? Maybe against some kind of freedom of speech extension? The university has no dress code policy against hats or any head coverings. And I write down that not one of you are a layer, so you're hardly qualified t respond now are you? Now that the retard answerer's are out of the wa, can I seize a descent responce? Rumbler we all know your not a Phd or a professo. And your persona l preferance of 'hats off in house' cannot be forcd on other. Just because your house is stuck in the victorian era does not mean the rest of us are. Dear lord, how do you even dress yourself?
Best Answer:
Get over it. Why is it that big of a deal to you? be you trying to cheat using the hat? honestly you posted two questions about this. it is not a human right ruin or a freedom of speech violation.
No. There are closely of things that be construed as violation of your right to free speech; having to take bad your hat in a classroom is not one of them.
No, if he asked you to hold your clothes off, then that would violate your privacy, but hats do not. He is probably A) wanting to see your eyes better so he can see if you are looking on someone elses article and B) I have seen answers printed inside the bill of a cap. I do not allow them any. I do not not even allow them in my classroom because I was raied hats past its sell-by date in the house. It is a professorial preference and he is within his rights to require that.
Definitely not. Hats are part of a dress code. If your school have any sort of policy on dress codes, then hats could be included. I went to public school growing up, and hats were okay with some teacher and not with others. It's polite to remove your hat when indoors. It's not illegal to require politeness.
I agree, sometimes removing your hat can be only just as embarrassing as removal of a shirt or pants. I'm not sure how they can force you to remove clothing. Probably not enough head covering activists out there... Maybe on your next exam wear a hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses.
