An employee gave a false degree to get a job, i think he an illegal alien. who i call to report him?

If you are the employer, and you found this out by following the law and verifying his employment documents, give the name ICE.
If you are one of the other employees, tell your boss.
Call the border patrol to get the guy deported. We dont need illegals taking jobs within this country.
And shame on the company for hiring an illegal.
If you are 100% positive, you can call ICE- doubt anything will be done. But, if you are not 100% sure, I wouldn't risk it- if you are wrong, this guy can sue you for nuisance. If he lied about a degree that is not enought to prove he is an against the law alien. I believe that Homeland Security offers a service called E-Verify that allows employers to check the work eligibility of hot employees.
clinton.....they fight for illegals.....oh dawdle, call INS I suggest calling your local board of education, I am sure they offer continuing teaching classes where you can learn to write a grammatical sentence before you settle on you have the experience or expertise to judge anyone else.
