Your views on Abortion?
i think everyone should have that option but people need to reallize that its not a form of birth control and they have to live with their choice forever, with that being said there is always certian situations like rape, incest and crap like that, in which no one should judge someone for wanting an abortion.
No matter how legal you say it is, abortion is murder!!!
It's the woman's choice, apart from my woman and then it's not happening.

If people would get their heads out of their collective asses, they would realize that its just not alright to go out, have sex, and then get rid of the consequences.

A woman should be allowed to exert control over her own reproductive rights.
I am ready & willing to ban abortion when the anti-abortionists all have at least one adopted child. A child should have the right to life but should also have the right to live in a wanted household.
I sat in a college class where a local anti-abotionist presented her thoughts & told the class how an abortion effects the woman. A student asked how many adopted children she had & the answer was none, of course. The student asked how much she was willing to pay extra in taxes for children born into unwanted households & the answer was zero, of course. The student told her she had no right to right to try to place her personal feelings or wishes on others when she was unwilling to accept the consequences. She also brought up that women do no intentionally get pregnant to have an abortion - that the decision is hard enough without others who do not step forward trying to put pressure on the pregnant woman to decide. The anti-abotion woman said it was her opinion, she had the right to speak it, & that woman who have abortions were ______. The student said she had had an abortion, that it was the hardest decision she had ever made in her life but that it was also the best decision for her life at the time. The anti-abotionist did not say another word & the class applauded the student.
To me, an abortion is a very personal decision, not a court decision. I personally know of no anti-abortionist who steps to the plate to accept unwanted children & either adopt or pay taxes so the government can raise the child in a loving nurturing household. It's all nice to say a child is a person but step up to taking care of that person - do not hinder a woman from stopping the development of tissue that will become a child.
Ban it, except for rape, incest, SERIOUS health threat to the mother, or a threat to the life of the mother.
Some anti-abortion activists insist on no exceptions. I believe that to be morally reprehensible.
Late abortions (unless the baby is dying) are equally reprehensible. That baby is ready for birth, ready to live. Preemies are saved by induced labor at MUCH younger ages than those babies who are aborted.
Those who oppose to abortion do it to hide their responsibility in many other crimes.
Abortion should be a 'sad rigth ' as most couples or women who have it , have an economic reason ( poverty ).

Women should be able to have the right to choose. It is her own body and should have control over it.
What about cases of sexual assault? If someone doesn't want to raise the child of their attacker?
Unplanned pregnancies can also lead to the major decision, but for those pro-life, think about how we should introduce education into schools. Abstinence-only programs only increase the problem.
However, the decision is never black and white. Just a big grey, personal matter.
It's up to you! If you want to go through it and you can live with yourslef after words. Then who am I to say that you can't?

people should be held accountable for their actions. why are there so many abortions in this country? when roe v wade was make the law of the land in the 70's it provided women the right to live recklessly and if during this reckless life style she became pregnant planned parent hood would relieve her of having to be responsible for her actions. this kind of behavior should not be tolerated in men or women but the courts ruled on the side of a lifestyle rather than on a procedure and to make things worse the tax payer has to foot the bill for this kind of behaviour. we should overturn the law and make people be more responsible instead of less.
Pro-life! There are ALWAYS options! all life is precious, and abortion is MURDER. If you don't want the child, give it up for adoption. there are even sevices where they will take care of you while you are pregnant these days if you chose to give the child up, so there are NO EXCUSES.

Pro choice. Sorry, too many whores would have mouthes they couldn't feed, and I for one am tired of paying taxes to support WIC and Welfare.
Completely pro-choice in the first trimester. Late term abortions should not be used unless the mother's health is in immediate danger, the baby should be delivered via c-section or induced labor and life saving measures should be taken. (No elective late term abortions on a viable fetus.)

Abortion is an issue that cannot be broken down into right or wrong categories. In the end it is the woman’s right, and her personal choice, to keep or terminate the pregnancy. Personally, I feel that only under extenuating circumstances is abortion appropriate, for instance victims of rape.

An innocent life is precious in every aspect and must be protected.
I am neither nor against abortion, but I do feel like there are many options for a female these days. And there are so many people out in the world that will do anything to have a child, but cannot. I've always heard stories about a female having the abortion and then thinking years later why they did it. I guess its all personal choice, but it makes you think sometimes, why someone would go down that road.
