I recieved my 1st spedding ticket and wanted to know if I should do the schooling first then pay or pay 1st?

I want to do online schooling so It will not be on my record so does it matter if I pay it first?
i got a speeding ticket 1st one ever and should i take a class first or pay or can i do one or the other?
You can pay the schooling first, but you' better see when the ticket is due before you decide. The police really don't care what else you have to pay. They want theirs.

Answer:
Fight the ticket. Traffic tickets are extortion. There is no damaged party and they speed constantly.

Go into court and when they ask you 'do you understand the NATURE of the charges?' say no I don't. You can add is it bankruptcy law, probate law, etc They can't give you legal advice. They don't understand the nature of the charges.

If the cop makes a statement about how he clocked your speed ask where the PROOF of the calibration of his speedometer or radar/laser. Federal rules of evidence insist that the documents to back his claim be produced or the statement has to be stricken.

Make them earn it, and say screw you to those people who say 'If you were speeding then you should pay!' those people are morons ! They are to ignorant/chicken/lazy to fight so they think you should be also.

Do the research, you can beat them. I have. Besides traveling is a right ! Driving is a privilege but most people don't 'drive' that is commercial, they 'travel'.
In my state, you can ask the DA for a prayer for judgment once. They will make you pay the fine but nothing on your driving or insurance records. A second ticket will make both appear on records.
First you should look up a radar detector preferably cobra brand. this little thing saved my *** from a hot rock so many times and just Wednesday it saved my *** from a motorcycle cop waiting with his speed gun at the corner of the off ramp off the freeway. so far by memory this thing has saved my *** a good 7 - 10 times ever since Ive gotten it since Ive had my car since October 2006. and ever since Ive still ha vent received a speeding ticket. (Respect the Radar Detector)
If you know you were speeding and deserve the ticket, pay it and then go to school. Remember this as awell earned lesson.
What is a 'spedding ticket'?
If you can complete the driving school before the ticket is due, then by all means do that. If not, paying the ticket before the school will not affect your drivers record*.

*Call your insurance company pretending to be a new customer and ask if they honor the driving school.
Check with the court - a phone call is usually enough if the infraction is minor. The court will let you know what to do.
In most cases, you take the Defensive Driving Course and take or send a certificate to the court and they dismiss the charges.
