Was this right? Not even setting foot in the classroom and locked out for 3 hours.?
So today I was late to class by 2 minutes to summer school. Our guru is a really cool guy and always lets it slide. Even sleeping in his class is reasonable, as long as you pass his class. Well today I came to infront of the classroom and a classmate of mine was outside waiting already, so I knock on the door and he was right next to it passing out papers and he completely unseen us. Another person knocked and he completely ignored us again and only continue and glared at us. We waited a intact 3 hours until the break and we just had it so we just jump the fence and left.I mean we weren't going to hang about any longer since we already missed half the class and it didn't seem like he be going to pay attention to us anyways. The narks ( the campus supervisors ) knew that we were waiting and waiting and one of them informed the summer institution principal. Btw, at summer school we can either have 6 tardies or 3 absence. But our teacher doesn't mind about the tardies and he even said so himself.

No laws were broken. However, it appears you broke the school's policy on being delayed. Therefore, it is your fault!
This have nothing to do with laws so it is court. If you want ot fight it just go to the principle and right to be heard that the teacher had set a president (spelling) thoughout the course of allowing 5min late to be admit. That will get the teacher in trouble also. But you are really up a creek since it is public university.
I guess your site name says it, huh? If the teacher have made an announcement that he would not allow tardies any more, OR, more likely, he announced in class while you were asleep that at hand would be a test the next day and everyone have to be on time, I think you blew it! If you stood around for three hours but jumped the balustrade just before the break you missed the entire second half of the class and in consequence you are absent for the day. Maybe you should have wait that last half hour until break and talked to him? You probably entail to get to class early tomorrow, before the start time, and chitchat with him a bit? Be apologetic. Grovel. Be humble. You know you made a mistake and you would like to atone. If you walk contained by challenging him (Hey DUDE! You wouldn't let me in yesterday! WTF??) you are probable to get kicked out again... for a second absence. Good luck.
Power to the teacher. You are in summer arts school for a reason. Your boss won't put up with that kind of behavior any. Grow up.
A "cool" teacher would not tolerate you slide through coming to summer school late. A "cool" teacher would enforce the rules so that you hold every opportunity to pass and maybe even get an teaching to better yourself. Sounds like the teacher got cool today.
