Is there any laws broken when someone is following you in their car?
my girlfriend was followed last night and i was wondering if there were any laws broken, by someone doing this.
Even if there was no laws broken the police would probably have a chat with him and ask him what he was at.
NO...unless there is a restraining order on them (100-1000 feet away)
