In Crawley and Gate caseObama acted stupidly comment?

Many questions are raised and many remained unreturned 1 Why president had to intervene in a trifle matter 2 Would a black officer acted differently and whether Crawley would enjoy arrested had the man being white? 3 Why Gate did not reveal his proper identity. Why Gate created a scene at the first place so that neighbor had to bid police Now since Obama acted unwisely can a discrimination suit be filed against the govt for the white community and Crawley 4 Are there any special law for black people now since Obama is in the department?
Best Answer:
no
1. Obama's mistake was answering a reporters question about the incident at a press briefing. He should enjoy just gone on to the next question fairly than embroiling himself in this trivial matter. 2. You cannot predict how a black officer would hold acted. 3. Professor Gates had been watching the CNN series, "Black in America" and become incited to riot in his own home. Not being a lawyer, he miscalculated what he could bring away with and was taken downtown by the Sgt. 4. No special laws for blacks. The same law apply to all of God's little children. There is no difference between black and white when it comes to people.
] he should have made NO comment extent and certainly not the "stupid" comment that he did..... shows what the man is like without a teleprompter IMO] 2] NO opinion how a black officer would have done things. 3] He [gates] SAID who he was, but got snotty when asked for ID, what seem to have been missed / left out so much is that gate's house HAD be broken into before, the neigbour saw a person breaking in and call the police............. and four MY opinion, you would have thought that for some one that is intended to be SO educated as Gates is, you would think he could respond without adjectives the BS and the lowering himself to the "yo momma" comments to the police officer.
The professor was trying to break into his own house. That is why the neighbor call the police. He didn't know. Obama now regrets saying anything and you can bet there will be a lawsuit. And in attendance are no special laws for blacks now because Obama is in bureau. I'll bet that is because Obama is not black. Only 50% black. Mistakes were made on both sides.
I am glad he said something. It is time to clear the air. It is time to examine practices that police and whites have been sweeping beneath the rug for decades.
We heard the term ''rush to judgement'' during the O J ....B/S
