How does a regierted sex offeneder get visitaion to see his 6 month old son?
OK well here is the deal i know some1 who had a relationship though short lived with a minor 3 years younger and a child was born as a result- and is already going to court on that. any how. How can he get visitation to see the baby he has supported the child and provided for him and provided and taken care of all medical costs.he has not been allowed visitation for 5 months and just want to see the child.he has file for visitation and finally received a response that didn't settle well with me. she stated that because she is a minor and the pending case agianst him she refuses to let the child have anything to do with the father.but she does want his income? she wants to sever his rights completly?? can she do that??he does have an order that states he must stay away from minor females, or the 'victim'->his child is a male. can anyone give me advice. on this situation...PLEASE I AM LOOKING FOR ADVICE AS TO WHAT HE CAN DO TO IMPROVE HIS CHANCE TO SEE HIS CHILD-HE ADORES HIS SON.

This person will have to go to court and have a judge amend his restrictions/court order so it allows for this visitation.
Only a judge can make this happen.
And for your friend to get a Judge to do so, your friend should find a good attorney. Although he can represent himself, for the most part, and attorney is going to know how to handle all paperwork and how best to approach the judge.
