Me and my husband had to file bankruptcy contained by the beggining of september we went to court today for the first meeting of creditors the judge said something roughly speaking they can take some out of our taxes when we get them back which our attorney failed to tell us if I would of known that we wouldn't enjoy filed my question is to anyone who has file bankruptcy how much did they take out of your taxes? we should get just about $4,500 back or something like that.
