Yes, he did get wasted but if he was surrounded by a position where he cannot defend himself, you knew he couldn't uphold himself, and took advantage of this condition, no matter how little force was used, you can be charged.

I can only presume your in USA, as its the country near the most English speakers (i think) but this is a global site, so i don't know the law in your nouns. If you are in USA, then yeah, its assault, and if he presses charges then you'll go and get arrested. If the charges follow through it'll go on your record permanently, which you must claim for the rest of your life when you go for job interviews, etc. As funny as it sounds, and though it'll one and only take him a few months to grow it back, it could potentially screw up some honest chances for you later in natural life so don't be silly and just leave him to make his own mistakes.

Yes you can, in that was a case in ibiza where on earth the girl got wasted and fell asleep and two of the guys she was partying near sneaked into her room and shaved half her hair off.
