If you have to ask like this maybe you would not make such a good bounty huneter?!
that's a pretty shadey thing to get into. i would suggest the high road and get a paralegal certificate then maybe seek out some criminal type attorneys in the loop who would hire you as a para legal. once in the loop make your desires known while becoming qualified to hunt down bond skoppers. this would include permit for firearm and other stuff..that is a hard field to get into without being in the loop or ex-cop or something. shoot maybe try and be a cop first..

I would advise you to find more experienced bounty hunter in your area and ask to be their apprentice.
I would also ask your local police department for advise because usually (at least here, in Alaska) they are very friendly with those who want to help them.
Get in touch with your local PD and asked them about a good bounty hunting company in your area, and then try to get a job in that company.
