How do i register-copyright my own quotation?
JP is right, except that you have to register with the COPYRIGHT office; not the CBP.
Note, however, that you can't copyright just a few words, nor can you copyright a 'slogan,' that isn't sufficiently 'creative.'
You may have a 'trademark' in a slogan, if it is used in connection with a good or service and is inherently distinctive.
The Copyright Office (in the US) has a great FAQ on its website that answers all of your questions:

That's retarded.
Answers:
you have to have sum sort of fame or works (such as a novel/book etc) to file copyright on a quotation. just randomly copyrighting a quotation is pointless, no court will allow this.
By writing it you have copyright on it. In order to register (to actually protect your rights in court) you have to file a form with the US Customs and Border Protection office.
You can't..I have the same quotation as you
Any original writing of yours -any of it and all of it- is automatically protected by copyright. You don't have to do anything.
HOWEVER, if someone uses your stuff -and you want to say that your wrote it (or said it) FIRST, THEN it's a good idea to have it registered in the copyright office (or as a trade mark). Now, an official government body has a record of when you wrote it.
That the long and short of it, anway. Here's a Q&A the explains more:

(you can navigate to other parts of the site from there)
Make it good - its gonna cost you $45 PER ITEM.
