Best Answer:
Your boy friend is using you and will dump you soon, sue his (a)$$ before it's too late.
1) be the car hers, in her name? 2) be this your boyfriends car and you were a passenger? 3) was the injuries you obtain paid by your mother and her insurance? She can sue for damages that she had to pay for, even though you're over 17 very soon. She's entitled to recoup the costs of your boyfriend's stupidity. she doesn't need your permission to sue him for any medical related costs that be inflicted by him
You have no say in your mother's decriminalized recourse; Did you or your mother pay for your medical bills? She should be able to recoup the losses any by using her insurance company or your boyfriend's insurance. If he wasn't insured she better sue your boyfriend to get her money back.
She can sue for any loss to her. Out of pocket expenses, and if her car, the motor. And really, you should not put your email on this public forum.
Your mother have a right to sue anyone for anything and she does not need your permission to do it. If her car be damaged, she can sue for that. If she was not able to use her coup¨¦ for a while why repairs were being done, she can sue for loss of use. If she incurred any damages or you incurred any injuries, she can sue to recover money for your departed and future medical bills, your pain and suffering (in most states), etc. to pay for your adjectives needs, etc. In all likelihood, your boyfriend's insurance company will take-home pay the damages but your mom does not need your permission or your boyfriend's to sue.
