I am recieving social security disability, they mailed me a Form 821, am I going to stop getting SS Disability?

I have been recieving SSI Disability since April 2007, and I worked full time from oct '06-april '07 because i want at first denied. i then get a $6000 check b/c they decided to approve me even though i was at first denied. i worked full time for a couple months and then started working the max allowed number of hours allowed by SSI Disability. Last week I recieved a form 821 that asks question about where i have worked from when i first started ever working! Am I going to stop recieving SSI Disability checks? I hold not worked at all since November 2008 Well when I called the office after I well-educated I was now eligable, they told me I could earn up to $900 per month. I worked about 23 hours per week. I enjoy had epilepsy since I was 16 and often my seizure and hospitalizations make going to work hard for me. I was "agree to go" because I could not work the hours they wanted me to because of my disability. Do they have to give you a indisputable amount of time before you dont receive the checks anymore or do they have to contact you and tell you you owe money put money on or are going to cut your checks? I'm really worried about this. I'm currently unemployed because I'm going thru numerous tests so my doctor can put me on different medication for my epilepsy. Please help! It seems whenever I call the organization they dont know any answers to my questions and jsut seem annoyed that I'm calling.

They are trying to determine if you made over the amount that is considered SGA (substantial lucrative activity). If you were making over SGA, you were not eligible for SSI for those months. Here is a chart that tells you what the SGA amounts be each year. http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/COLA/sga.html There is no "max allowed hours". It is all based on whether you made over the SGA amount for any given month.
Since you worked full time (after) you first applied, This request for info on the Form 821 may be a interview the severity of your medical condition on which you based your disability claim. It is common once approved to receive backpay to the date you applied. If you received benefits (backpay) for any time that you were also working, you may be required to reimburse those funds. They may be working from a premise that you stopped work voluntarily but not necessarily the result of a weakening medical condition. If you were able to were competent to work, you were not DISABLED under the rules of the Social Security Administration. Since I don't have ALL the facts of your satchel, I can't say whether you will stop receiving your benefits, but I think you own a reason for concern.
