Eh, you are not suggesting the death cost for stealing a car or robbing a liquor store, are you? Are you asking what are the sentences for those things now or what we think they should be? As for what they are immediately, it is different from place to place, state to state, country to country. But generally, in the US, you can get anywhere from 2 to 10 years for stealing a coup¨¦, but actually be jail less time than that. Robbery will take a tougher sentence as it involves the threat of violence. I only support a a death cost that is accurately administered, does not kill innocent people, and does not discriminate on the foundation of race or money to pay for appellate lawyers. I do not support the disappearance penalty for crimes where no life be taken.
Opposed to the death penalty for anything. It is not right for one personality to determine when another person should die. Two wrongs do not make a right.
The death sentence is the only 100% guarantee that some serial killer or terrorist will NEVER KILL AGAIN. To abundant mass murderers have escaped even max-security prisons only to kill again. To masses terrorists become bargaining chips for terrorist organizations. Innocent people achieve killed for these terrorists.
Maybe rephrase this alphabet soup into the form of an actual question and tell us if the criminal committed an act of hostility. If not, no death penalty according to the Constitutional Law of the United States of America. In Florida and many other states, the reality that it was a gun crime at all automatically earns you ten years within prison.
3-5 for grand theft depending if a deadly weapon be displayed or used anywhere from 5 - 60 years if a person was caught in the deed of killing or admidted that he/she did it.. i belieive that they should die
