How can i persuade my grandma to let me move in with my aunt?

ok so its like this...
~i live with my grandmother right now ... my mom passed away and my dad lives in brownsville...
~well now my grandma is drinking and going out to clubs like every week...i worry like crazy... i dont get to have my own fun me being 16... and im just tired of it..
~we left my house and are staying with one of my aunts . its cool over there but not for me.. no privacy,no quiet, lonely other times...
~my grandma is just making descisions for herself and doesnt listen to me wen i tell her to lets go back home and for her to stop drinking/going out... its selfish descisions that are making us both suffer... its not my fault im just being dragged down with her along with my 2 sisters and 2 brothers...
~ now im at my otheraunts houst house and she said that i could live with her and go to school here ...and help my out with money and new things for school next year...
~i really want to but she doesnt let me because shes the adult and she can do watever she wants to and i cant stay becasue she said so...
~my aunts dad (grandmas ex husband) said that i could get emancipated ...i kinda do but i kinda dont want to... but i still think its better for everyone if i do come over here... better school,more freedom,good jobs,etc.
~i think i can some how persuade her to let me stay but i just need some ideas... please help...with watever reasonable idea pleaze... and you can give me any other suggestions about wat to do ...thanx...

You seem to be a confused lady with plans but no confidence.Aunt or any friend who helped you is only welfare,purely temporary and shameful for a capable lady.Bearwith with manners till you make you own independent arrangements.
Ask your aunt to go to court for custody of you and present everything your grandmother is doing to you and your siblings
