What to do about wells fargo?
They tok 2 direct deposit advances out of our account that we did not get? Which I contacted them about several time even showed them I was not eligible for an advance at the time, they put me off, I kept calling and sending faxes next thing you know the guy that was helping me no longer works there. So my husband goes in to try to straighten it out and makes an appointment with the manager my husband showed up and they handed him a letter from her saying she was sorry she had a previous engagement and was unable to be there. What do we do?
Ask for your account history printout for at least 3 months prior and up to the date of this error. Insist on an investigation, and if that doesn't resolve the error, then report this to your attorney general, and the better business bureau. Always ask for the Supervisory, and specifically take their first and last names, as well as all clerks names and dates that you have dealt with. When they told you you were not eligable was is due to a negative balance, or because you had cash advances for too many periods in a row. That may be what can prove your side. Remember...you get more help with sugar then vinegar. Suppress your anger, and play sweet when you talk to the resolution people. Many times the banks information is back logged, and you get incorrect balances because venders are slow to update their charges. I get my balances messed up all the time with Wells fargo, you may want to switch to another bank, and with direct deposit you can find offers like $75.00 to switch an account and keep it for at least 3 months. Good luck, and stay on top of it.
I wouldn't have left without speaking with her boss wherever that was located.
Answers:
Get angry, call them up and let them know you are angry, you may ask to speak with the corporate office or there maybe a district manager who can help you.
