arrest warrant served at his home i was present. They searched my belongings ,was not read miranda at all, i advised them of a warrant from another state, advised i was only in town to work,had suspended license,they said find someone to set up a deal with , dont try no **** like i lost the number or they would be doing the same to me. they were asking about a specific size amount of G. I hadnt seen anything of the such,their answer to me saying i just met the guy i only working here the officer said well you found this guy you can find another one.
That didn't even come close to making sense.

not sure what you are talking about... but a few things to know... If you are in a house during a raid, they had a warrant. That gives them propable cause to search anyone and anything in the house! Unlike movies, the reading of the Miranda rights is not necessary. Even when you are arrested! It just means that any questions that are asked prior to the Miranda rights are read can not be used in court.
NOBODY is allowed to search you without a warrent or miranda rights...they can get sued big time for that!
