This is when they tell you if you will enjoy to pay bail and you can try to find out what it will be to try to get a bond for that bail. Or you will know that day and can try to post for bond. What ever the amount they relate you the bail is you will usually pay 10% of that amount to get that person out. It depends on the crime because sometimes they will not allow bail if they estimate the person is a flight risk. ( or the crime was very bad)
