Australia.. My biological person says I am not his because I was conceived while he was in prison.?

I have just been told that my biological person is saying I am not his child because he was in prison when I was conceived...... Can I find out through the police or justice system if he was in prison around this time?

Well yes, all convictions are public record, so they must give you that information, but probably you have to pay some small fees for paperwork and photocopies. Now if he was declared inocent after being in jail, that jail time is suposed to be taken out of his record.

But even if he was in jail, conceptions can have a margin of error of one month so he cannot claim for a specific date of conception.

Ask him for a blood test just to be sure. No matter what he says he is still your legal father until he can prove the oposite.
