It depends on the laws in the country you live in. If you weren't married and just defacto, then it's possible that she is the sole custodian and has sole guardianship of the child - and until a Court order is actually made, then she may be able to move wherever she likes. If you know she is planning on moving soon then you should see a lawyer/solicitor as soon as possible.
