How can you get a visitation for your children or retract signing you parental rights away?
I have a friend that is "slow" and his ex wife had him sign his rights away so her trial husband can adopt the *( with promises he will see them and that its just for health insurance since he couldnt pass them any) He misses his children terribly and she will not let him see them or have phone christen, is there any way to overturn that order or capture special permission from the courts to help him? I think your friend get screwed and coaxed into signing his rights away so that her new husband could adopt the child and the child's father be allowed nothing to do with him. People can incorporate step-children to their health insurance. You don't have to adopt a child to add it to form insurance. Basically your friend got screwed. He can get an attorney and try to fight it, but if the up to date husband has already adopted the child it's probably too late. He should've gotten legitimate advice before he signed the papers. Now, Barbie and Ken can move away and live a happy energy with their little family and there is nought he can do about it.
Not unless he can prove his mental faculties are such that he didn't know what he was signing. That could also interfere near seeing the children. If this went through court, as it should have, he is out of luck.
