With all the court cases in the news over underage consensual sex by kids,?

do you think that the DA's and Judges prosacuting them would like to see their old high school flames and sexual encounters sitting in the court room when they judge someone else for doing what ALL kids do eventually.

I can understand child molestors, but lets face it, we ALL tried to have sex before we was 18..
First of all, judges don't prosecute anyone. Secondly, prosecutors prosecute those that they have a good faith basis for believing they broke the law. The laws are not secret. If a teen wishes to know if their actions are legal or not, all they have to do is get on the internet and look up the statutes. Thirdly, not 'everyone' tries to have sex before they're 18. I literally waited until my 18th birthday. Of course, I've always been mindful of what impact my actions would have on my future.
Not all of us. Speak for yourself. My wife and I were both virgins when we got married, and our children are being raised the same way.

If you raised your children well, they would not be experimenting before they are 18.

Actually, 'ALL' don't. 62% of high school seniors have had sex and 33% of ninth graders...that's not ALL by any means.

What the deal is: minors having sex with minors is one thing...depending upon the age, nothing may happen or their might be charges and/or probation and/or juvenile detention..it all depends upon the parents and the family court.

When someone of legal age (usually 18 or over) has sexual contact with a minor, that is called sexual assault/abuse and the adult should be punished to the fullest. There is NO reason for an adult to be messing around with kids.and anyone under legal age is a kid.

If the young men and women would keep their knees together and find another activity, it wouldn't be an issue. If the parents paid a little more attention to where their kids were, with whom and what they were doing, it wouldn't be an issed.
I do not think they care. Their job is to enforce the law. If you want the law changed go to your lawmakers.
I did not 'try' to have sex before 18. I either do something or I do not do something.
