What are your thoughts regarding the illegal sale of body organs?
Do you think any argument could make it justifiable?
Best Answer:
Those people are departed and have no use for their former organs. If a limb or other visible appendage be taken I could understand, but it's the insides these people are harvesting. Besides, the body will in recent times get stuck in the ground to decompose or adjectives into dust.
Well, it's illegal, similar to you said. If you mean the sale of organs in standard, I don't think it should be allowed. Poorer people would not be able to afford them and would die, zilch fair in that.
There are ways that it should be supported and some ways should give the death penalty for kidnap, worldwide! there are grade school children kidnap, their parts used, and their corpses tossed away! I see this in the Philippines and many parts of Asia! It is also known to develop in parts of Europe! These kidnappings and murders should be declared as automatic death sentence for any who kidnap or foot for it! But, if one wants to donate, why not? Earl
body organs my guess are very very expensive. My guess is they are only used for transplants but im not sure. I dont guess there is a good argument unless you are poor but its still illegal
The problem surrounded by allowing the sale of body organs isn't on the implanting side of the business; it's on the harvesting side. Whenever there's the possibility of making money, here are those who will use criminal methods to increase their profits. Just last week, about two dozen Jews (five of them rabbis) were arrested by the FBI surrounded by New Jersey for running money laundering operations. They were using charities to cook files, and they were hiding their transactions inside their homes, or inside offices in Brooklyn, or, surrounded by one case, a bakery was used to conceal an illegal wall for laundering money. Some of the money being used to bribe politicians. Along with the Jews who be arrested, the FBI busted the mayors of Hoboken, Secaucus, and Ridgefield, New Jersey, as well as three New Jersey state legislators, for taking bribes from the Jews. But some of the laundered money had come from an private business in selling human organs, mainly kidneys. One of the Jews, Levi-Ishak Rosenbaum, has be doing that for the past 10 years, while the US state department, the DoJ, and a UN task force kept looking in adjectives the wrong directions. The suspicious thing about that is someone tipped the US Government stale about Rosenbaum seven years ago. According to an anthropologist at the University of California at Berkeley (Nancy Scheper-Hughes), Rosenbaum would have someone from a poor country, such as Moldovia (in East Europe), flown to Israel. The guy wouldn't know what was going on. Rosenbaum would verbs out a pistol and threaten to shoot the "donor" unless he cooperated by giving up one of his kidneys. There is some speculation that aging (over 30) women sex-slaves and Palestinian detainees in Israel were also killed so that their organs could be harvest. It happens that my sister recently suffered from kidney failure and may die soon. A kidney, permitted or otherwise, could prolong her life. But legalizing the harvesting of human organs for profit would bring so much evil into the world that it would not be a polite thing overall. It would hurt more than it would help. The right thing to do is not to normalize this trade, but to impose the death penalty on those who steal organs from folks who are not willing to donate them. Rosenbaum, for instance, should be made an example of what happens to criminals who do this. His execution should involve the removal of his organs while he is still conscious and able to monitor what is being done to him. The corrupt politicians, doctors and hospital administrators who took bribes to look the other way should be branded contained by a way that can't be removed, permanently stripped of their eligibility to hold public office, or to practice imperative or medicine, fined heavily, and given 20 lashes in the old style of Roman equality. The kind of lashes that strips the skin off the bones.
If a woman has the right to choose what to do with her body when it comes to Abortion, I don't see why she shouldn't be allowed to choose what to do beside her body and sell a kidney if she wishes. I can see denying this to men, since no one has ever claimed a man have a right to choose what to do with his own body. Women, however, have a USSC case declare theirs.
It's a nightmare. If in that is that much money to be made, some people are being killed for it. How effectual are the controls really in the organ transplant business?
maybe if we allowed ppl to sell them rightfully, we'd be able to procure more organs so that less people would die. after adjectives, the argument that "poor people won't get them" is kind of flawed because poor ethnic group generally can't afford insurance in our current system and can't get the healthcare they stipulation anyways. as long as our healthcare system is the way it is, i only see benefits from selling organs. it's been arranged already anyways; regulating it would only make it safer....
