Yes, I asked they have a confidentiallity rule.?
they have this thing where they can't really tell you anything. they just want to put your kid in placement if you're young, poor, and on food stamps just so that they can get all the money and government funding that they can. they go behind your back and say a lot of **** about you too. I want to find the S.O.B. who reported it because it wasn't anybody's fault except the damn dogs!

There is no quick answer to your question.
False abuse and neglect reports to child protective services are punishable through your local law enforcement offices. Your best bet would be to go to your local district attorney or state's attorney and file a complaint. Although the identity of persons who make reports to CPS (AKA DCFS, DSS, etc.) is confidential, a local prosecutor can make an investigation without releasing the identity of the reporter and decide if there was any wrongdoing.
You may feel angry, but your best interests and those of your child(ren) would be best served if you focused on living maturely and responsibly-- not on trying to get back at someone who reported you to CPS.
