What happens to the property if underage drinkers are found with beer? I'm not curious. I don't drink. lol, but I had to do a research dissertation on that. No one answered the question though. THE PROPERTY. like the house. what happens to it?

drink surrounded by the woods buddy so if the cops show up at your house you cant get in trouble cops can arrest you or give you a summons/fine which resources you will have a court date and then your parents name can shift in the newspaper
Usually the alcohol will be confiscated and destroyed by the authorities. Otherwise the police will notify your parents who will then give somebody a lift action themselves.
