All American citizens beside the exception of those with criminal records have the right to carry arms..it is written..sorry..forgot not the mentally ill. Read the entire 2nd amendment. It says, THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Just as the other amendments apply to THE PEOPLE, so does the 2nd. We the people are the militia.

I believe any law abiding mentally practised adult in the united states have the right to bare arms. I believe that weapons themselves could possibly afford a ban of business to restrict automatic and specialized weapons such as the US government military uses would be fair practice lacking violating the rights of the second amendment. Even the NRA doesn't agree with that. The right is for all regulation abiding citizens, not felons, the mentally ill, criminals, etc. In order to hold a militia, those the people (the militia) must have ready access to militarily adjectives weapons (as was ruled in USA vs Miller contained by 193x) and bolt action rifles are useless in that way so weapon type regulation is also problematic.

Because I can't see a entail for non-military to have a machine gun or a semi-automatic firing weapon. But self-defense, yes, and hunting, yes, especially these days when if populace are going to eat meat, it's so much more humane if they go out and hunt what they eat instead of buying it from a factory dairy farm. If we take away people's weapons wer are taking away their self-defense as okay as most of the ability for meat-eating people to choose whether their food comes from the wild. Also if the police own weapons, citizens should get to, because if anything ever went wrong near the world and law and order went, afterwards the powerful would have guns and the ordinary people might be at a disadvantage if they have not been allowed to have firearms.
Yes, but not gadget guns , they are for the law enforcement or military. When they take away our gun only the criminals will hold guns. Because they will find a way to get them. They don't care give or take a few the laws of this country anyway. well i dont think that any amrican should suffer any arms... thier 2 stupid 2 use it... or anything...
