What will happen in court?
I have court for burgulary, but it wasn't me it was the people I be with I called the police, & told the truth, but I'm in trouble for person with the people & I went to see a court designated worker, but she couldn't see me because I have already been their twice for previous mishaps & the judge assigned the case to budge straight to court. So she made a court appointment for me. -Im 16 years old & a pretty honest, straight forward person. -I have be in trouble once for a fight & another time for shoplifting, immediately it's a burgulary. I have to get a lawer, but so do the three other people two guys & one girl. The girl is my friend & didn't do anything, the guys broke into the store & took a brass register & a digital camara, but I was with them & they were driving, does anyone know what's going to crop up? Will I be in juvie or have to live with another kinfolk, I have court a week before my 17th birthday. Please help me, I'm so worried. also I live within the stat of Kentucky. Thanks, the cops were really nice to me, but I didn't drive the get away car. I have no idea what they were going to do, they came out next to a cash register, and drove off. I told them to put it back & they said shut the F*** up or they be going to make me get out.

Ok - first, this is a classic example of why you NEVER speak to police/investigators without an attorney present. Watch the correlation below for why it's a terrible idea. Burglary is a very serious crime. Interestingly ample, most people who are convicted of burglary are directly responsible for the conviction because the state must typically prove that you intended to commit a felony within the house/building you entered. Absent some compelling evidence, confession is usually used to elevate the crime from breaking and entering to burglary. You entail to get an attorney for this case as you said. It looks like you are self charged as a co-conspirator. If you knew they were going to take brass and you willfully acted as a get-away driver, it's not going to go well for you at court.

You will probably have to spend time within juvie. With theft already on your record, it will be hard to convince anyone you weren't chunk of it. I hate to say this, but you really do need to revise that you can't be out committing crimes. this is your 3rd run in and you are only 16. When you go next to friends that commit crimes you are guilty by association.
