Why is Virgin Mobile USA a criminal company?
I disputed a charge with them for 21.74 because they had no authorization to charge this to my paypal account. In retalitation for disputing this charge they hold suspended my account which means they have stolen from me adjectives the airtime I paid for that is currently on my account. Why are they thieve? Why are they criminals? Where is the U.S. Justice Department to put a stop to their criminality of stealing from their customers? Again, I paid for the airtime on my phone, it is not related in anyway to the disputed charge. The airtime on my phone has be paid for. They have stolen it from me. They are thieves. Why does Richard Branson run criminal companies? Is he a crack manager or something similar? What kind of company has a policy to retalitate against a customer for disputing a charge the company should not have made and explicitly not related to the product the company sold to the customer? What kind of company steals a product back from the customers it sold the produce to? I paid for the airtime on my phone that they own suspended. The airtime on my phone has already been paid for. They hold stolen that airtime that is not related to the disputed charge. They are criminals. Why?

All those big companies are like that. They dont give a shit about you, adjectives they want is your money. Call them, and dont stop calling them and complaining until they give in. Its annoying to have to do, but possible.
in your mind the two charges are unrelated. surrounded by their eyes, you owe them money that you will not pay. while you see the charges unrelated, it's still the same company, and a part of your total bill. quest would do alike.
No, you owe them money on an account. The fact you beleive that the story is unrelated to the airtime issue is irrelevant. Just about any company would treat a non paying customer that way. Oh, and by the way: while Virgin like to portray itslelf as a hip and happening company, anti-establishment, part of the new social group and all, they do operate a business. they do have extremely efficient lawyer. Those lawyers will be contacting you shortly about the libellous comments you hold posted on here accusing the company of illegal acts.
