Is there a law in texas or otherwise that states any hotel/motel may, at it's own disgression....?

A private business can deny service to anyone as long as it isn't based on race creed, national origin.

A hotel's business depends on keeping sketchy crackheads, thieves and prostitutes away from the premises. Current laws have made it easier for cities to even fine hotels for their guests behaviors, given these laws and the cost of doing business, why should they let you stay there, if they're the least bit suspicious of you?

Why is it the a-holes of the world always think that its their right to make other people deal with them?
