I am sueing yahoo in small claims court. Think I'll win?
They shut down my business accounts that I had alot of time and money invested in. So I'm launching a suit against Mr. Semel, the CEO of yahoo who made 100,000,000$ last year. I'm seeking the max of 5,000$ (small claims court)and a court order to retreave my business database. I'm sueing him in Idaho. Lawyers are not allowed. Will he show up?
I imagine if you were doing any kind of business from any of their accounts that you have violated their user policy. So I would imagine your efforts are futile. But heck why not..give it a whirl.

I'm sure that these types of disputes are in the privacy policies and terms of service that you must approve before they would even open an account for you. I'm afraid they will proclude you from having any success. look up terms of service on Yahoo Accounts. It may take you awhile but you'll find it! Sorry!

I do not even believe you, I think you are making this up. But just in case you are serious, THERE IS NO WAY that he would even be obligated to show up. Oh ya and check your spelling, English is a big part of winning a court case.
