Most of them were designed with loopholes to subvert in the first place. Politics need to be viewed like reversed engineering... sorry I hope that dosen't let you down...but a lot of politicians cater their policies to certain lobbying groups as subversive as they can!
Can not, in fact that is one thing that is guarantee able. Somebody will go looking for a loop hole for personal advantage.
