Is 'sodomy' a state crime,in 'Idaho'?

If I recall correctly, the sodomy laws were held as unconstitutional back in 2003. Some case out of Texas got before the Supreme Court. The court shot down the the Texas law and the other states as well. Prior to that a sodomy conviction in Idaho could get you 5 years to life in prison.
