Should i get hold of the Texas labor borad?
I worked for this comapny for 4 days, so i didnt go back to work that was contained by April and it June now and havent recevied a paycheck from them. they should have called me or mail it to me by now. I dont have to go pick up my check its HR responabily to ring up or mail it to me cuz i dont have time to go pick it up plus the company is too far.
It is NOT their permissible responsibility to mail you the check. Why should they be out the postage just because you don't feel resembling driving that far to get it? They are only legally required to label the check available for you to pick it up.
I would call the company first,make sure they have your proper address and ask where's my check.Then most definitly contact your state dept. of labor.
