Is there a way that I can fill-in and print identification paper(s) online?
Ok. This is what I´m interested. I´m staying in Boquete, Panama, and at 8:30 the local police do sweeps, and if you don´t have an id, your taken to the jail. I was wondering if there is a way that I can fill in my basic information, like Name, Birthdate, Birthplace, etc. scince I´m out of the U.S. and cannot request the paper(s). If there is, please post a link, thanks. Also, I get back to California Aug 30th, and I was wondering, if there is a way to request in San Diego for an ID to be made for me by the city. No LEGAL ID can be acquired on-line. This is true anywhere on the planet. If it were possible, identity theft would be even easier than it is. I recommend visiting the nearest US consulate office. They can assist you with acquiring a US ID. Legally the consulate IS US territory.

No, there is nothing you can do. You can get a California ID card when you get back to San Diego. You'll need to present to them 2 forms of identification (birth certificate & social security card are the most commonly used). You can also ask your parents to take you to get an ID in Panama. However, you cannot get ID papers online.
