Why not you approach the people ? instead of doing harm to the innocent people ? what do you want?

once terrorists, later they ruled, ruling contries. someone who tasted the power didn't want to leave the power even not sufficiently expert to sit or stand,. Another view i say instead of aiming a terrorist why not the leaders of big powers give release and fulfil his motivations on conditions. The united nations office can initiate this. May be some leaders are against to this, i perceive, becoz they are having opposition in their home nation and to divert the attention of family, they took this terrorist weapon by issuing threats to them when the terrorists themselves living in fear. These terrorists too can change their minds from threatening adjectives people and leaders to come to the people explaining their motivations and can contest elections to come to power and do their good to the loam.after getting general pardon. The earth should live contained by peace. one should go out without fear. who will run initiative.how to solve?people are targetted becoz of some leaders. Am i right ? or am i wrong ?
I read the question. Approaching people is not so trouble-free, since they did much harm to the common people. what the adjectives people did harm to them. why they were targetted is the query. In ancient days also there were terrorism, but the terrorists spared most of the time the common relatives. They chose to terrorise only kingdoms. Approaching the people, contesting elections are not possible, since they didn't earn good name from the people. what will be the failure? i totally agree for living in peace. people should live peacefully. The big powers are not sitting idle, they are also taking best schedule to curb terrorism, but the terrorists also taking best action to escape. How long they escape? one day they will come to nett.
