Why hasn't plaintiff (stripper) been penalized for misuse of our judicial system?
as there is revelation that she lied about the rape.
Ask Jesse Jackson and his rainbow coalition. Or ask the Right Rev Sharpton. I'm sure they both still think the boys are guilty and that a black woman never tells a lie. They were the first to get their 2 cents in and claim these BOYS were rapest. Sharpy even said they need hung up.
A civil suit could be considered. But I don't think criminal changes could be brought.
Odds are, she was told that was what happend. The right person was punished. If anything she should get a slap on wrist since the former and now disbarred DA was nailed for holding back evidence.
I honestly wonder that myself, but I think the biggest barrier to that is in proving that she had malicious intent and knowingly accused innocent people. You'd think that if those poor dudes had to suffer under loose standards like that that she should have to as well.

This statement alone would make it very difficult to establish that she knowingly filed a false police statement.
She should be, and I hope she is soon. At least she committed slander and libel.

Yes, I think she should face criminal and civil penalties.
But apparently she has mental problems, and has few, if any, assets. So any criminal conviction might be hard to obtain, and there's no point in suing her civilly.
