I think it's just gone too far. THIS is why no one trusts lawyers or the legal system. THIS is why our courts are clogged up with senseless lawsuits.
I know i read that article to on the comcast internet hp site i though it was really mean of the person to sue.it was a chinese couple that owned it (i think).I thought it was so unessasery to sue that much. I bet the black and white community would be outraged if it was how you said.I would be shocked myself.I would be pissed as hell and i'm not of those races.I bet most people would be shocked on how mean others could be about a pair of 'normal' looking pair of pants.Those pants looked as if they were bought at Target or Jp pennys or somthing.lol. It's a waste of time to sue over somthing like that.

Maybe you missed the Judges real point.
Judges think they are GOD. They think they are so important, they should be treated like Julius Cesar, or some other 'king' or ruler. Napoleon also comes to mind. NEVER cross one.
If that Judge wins anything more than the price of a pair of new pants, we better get ready for a revolt by the people against 'abuse of power'.
Oh ya, if he wins, I wouldn't want to stand to close to him in public--, or park anywhere near his car.
There are lots of nuts who already want to do him harm.

It doesn't matter the race of the people involved; it's a ridiculous waste of time for the judicial system if you ask me. Race has nothing at all to do with it so I'm confused as to why you would even include that in your question..

they guy suing is a lawyer... he is suing because the drycleaner had a guarantee... which this fatcat lawyer says that they did not live up to.. what a crock of crap~!!!
In this case I do hope there is such a thing as karma, and it comes back to bite this judge in his power hungry, greedy ***, and teaches him some compassion.
If you like to look at it that way. I'm white and i don't look at everything as black and white. It depends on how you are raised. IF i went into the store and they messed up a pair of pants that meant allot to me(given by some one that passed away of course) i would do the same thing black or white. I'm sure every one else would agree. IF its with in reason.
