How do I write a contract?
I need a little advice, I obligation to write a contract. First of all, I am lending money to a friend and would like to document it. I want it to specify that i could persue him infront of a civil court if he does not follow through the payments. Secondly, I stipulation to write a different contract. Currently, the car is under my name and would resembling to have a contract stating that 6months from now, my sibling will be taking over the lease of the car( i want the name to be switched from mine to my siblings, i want him to do the payments, basicly, i do not want anything to do beside the car anymore) Do i need to hire a legal guru? Or can i do this at home? What are the necessary guidelines to write such contracts?
