A friend of mine wants to know how much time he has to move if he loses his case for eviction in court.?

I think it is 30 days.
The judge probablty has some lattitude when issuing the order. If your friend loses the case, he should be able to ask the judge for enough time to move.
They have to give him 30 days notice but if he is fighting that also is included in the date. So from the date he was notified
Depends on the state. Some states you can get extensions up to 90 days or so if you have nowhere to go.
He can call the Clerk of the court his hearing is in, they have all types of info regarding the cases they hear.

Answers:
State specific; some are as little as 3 days.

Depends on where he lives
Usually judge sets that at 3 to 5 days max. If they are in evection, rent has not been paid for a long time and landlord now wants property. It took 30 days to get to court so judge will say time up.
In the order there should be an exact time frame.
It depends on how long the the landlord gets a writ of possession. Unually it takes a day or two...then he has 72 hours to high tail it out.or the sheriff will assist him.
