Filing an answer to a lawsuit tomorrow- question about the fee waiver form?
I am turning in two answers to a lawsuit at the courthouse tomorrow. I had completed the 'fill in' fee waiver sheet online a few weeks ago, so the date on the tax waiver is from then. Will that make a difference? Does the date of the signature on the fee waiver form enjoy to be the same as the date I turn it in? Just trying to dot my i's here! Btw, I'm in Southern California if that help anyone answer. Thanks!

I believe you have 30 days of signing in California; however, to prevent any issues just filch a blank form and copy your original word for word with the new date.
