Why is it not required to have a license to have a child?
honestly,wouldn't this cut down on the rate of teen pegnancy etc...

why not just sterilize everyone except those deemed fit to have children?

it wouldnt solve anything you'd still have people breaking the law just like how there are illegal immigrants who have jobs here in america and are recieving welfare from OUR tax money. Even if they could just take the baby away from those who odnt have a license it would be inhumane to talk that many children and keep them in foster homes and find decent adoption homes. Teenage pregnancy will never be solved because of the rebellious girls who, even if they have decent parents, feel as though they need to go out and get laid n have sum drunken accident.
