What should I do, I've been wrongfuly termanated?

Nothing like enough information. First, where do you live? The regulation is different in every country. If you live in a Federal country then it's different within every State or Province. Second, what makes you think your termination was wrongful? Wrongful have a specific legal meaning - a firing is only wrongful if it be done in violation of the law or of an employment contract. "Unfairly fired" and "wrongfully fired" are not like thing. Richard

Well if you put some details in to your examine you might get a good answer but since we don't know how or why you got fired after you will get sh*t answers "sin yorty" SERIOUSLY???!!! WOW you mean seniority? Are you sure you got former the 7th grade?!
You can talk to the State Labor board and maybe the EEOC website. Absent a retalliation, an EEOC sacrilege, or a very few limited other issues, it's probably not wrongful.
ok...so? we cant do anything to help you with the information you hold provided. we dont know where you live, or why you got terminated, or even where you worked or any of that. because depending on where on earth you live, you might be in what is called an "at will" state where they can fire you for anything they want. i know a woman who get fired from a place for having dandruff in her hair but they told her it be because she was late too many times (she be late ONCE) you also dont state why you were terminated, so we cant even know if it WAS wrongful or not. and without knowing where on earth you used to work, we cant tell you what steps you would have to take beside them to correct it
