If LIC is not responding to court order, as retired employee whom to approach for retirement benefits.?
My father an employee of LIC had a dispute with the orgnization. However after several yrs of warfare it out in the court, he got a favourable stretch. During that period he was out of town and could manage to come subsidise after 20 odd days or so. LIC has not honoured the court's judgement and my father has be runnig from pillar to post to get his retirement bebefits. Now LIC does not bother since it doenot matter to them to spend a few thousand to defer the case. The court instead does not have the time. Its been over 15 yrs that my father has taken retirement. He is 70+yrs and still no sign of hope.
If any one could suggest any group or person or whoever it is, to approach to get his hard earn money back from the clutches of LIC, I would be ever grateful. Please help
File a contempt petition in higher court and a claim petition with interest on arrears, you will absolutely succeed, only thing is you have to be forgiving as it takes further time.
Yes, you will have to file a contempt petition and you will get the result. You own to file a Contempt Petition . You appoint a Lawyer whose advice will be final .....better it is to appoint the same Lawyer who represented your shield earlier.........because , he will understand the background of your defence mush better than the fresh one.
Best of Luck !
Go back to the court who have passed the orders in favour of your father and record and contempt petition against the LIC.
