Trying to get I.D. from another state?

ok... I dont have (any I.D.) S.S. card,picture I.d.nothing! when I tried to get a birth certificate online,they told me that a credit card had to be in my name to get it online(yeah right) when I tried to get a birth certificate, they told me that I need (3) pieces of I.D. to get that! does anyone know of any other way to get I.D.? and im in one state (TX.) I was born in another (MI) HELP!

Why not just come to Maryland, get a phone number or utility bill and say you are here illegally. That's all you need to get a driver's license here.

If you have a way of verifying that you live at an address, you may still be able to get a copy of the certificate by applying in writing.

Call the Michigan Bureau of Vital Statistics and TALK with someone -- explain your entire situation and see what they can do to help.

There is only so much you can do remotely.
