Laws of emancipation?
ok so i want to leave foster care when i am 18 years old.. right on my 18th birthday which is surrounded by 4 months....do i have to go through with the liberty process because i dont want to.. i jus want to leave when i am 18 on the dot. can the courts or social workers stop me??? i dont want to be apart of that sh*t no more

once you are 18 you are legal an adult but in some states you can preserve state medical coverage until you are 19 and they may help with school but other after that they are out of you re life the state will no longer give any finical support to the foster parents that are now taken consideration of you and they have no responsibility's for you
