Smoking fine is it a one off payment .?

If you can be fined £50 pound for smoking in a public confined area,Is this per public area,per cigarette / cigar / pipe / spliff, or would it be possible to pay up front and blow smoke in the face of any one who complained.
You go to far! Smoking is a private choice-to make your choice a public issue is to choose a false way forward! The real issue is to bring your identity to the forefront! You should choose a less way to build your identity. Patient wisdom is the way forward! In every being lies a time! Be patient for your time. It's the rythmm of life!

This is a potentially good law but typical of this Govt they have fecked the legislation and gone over the top.

Did you know that landlord of pub who permits smoking in England could be fined £2,500 but in Scotland it is only £200. Funny that B.liar was born in Scotland, the racist .

I would not be surprised if the Enoch Powell rivers of blood start to flow next month, God help grasses who get found out in many areas.

In the mean time I want every smoker to boycott pubs,clubs,football grounds... any public place where they want your money.

Make large companies and fat cats suffer and watch the law change.

6 months should enough, pubs can't survive on 20% of current turnover.
