Will you get a warrant if you get summoned to go to court for guardianship?!?
ok so im trying to get guardianship and the mother has signed a temporary guardianship (notarized) but its not trial...she doesnt wanna go to court cuz she has warrants on her and she think she gonna get caught..so if she gets summoned and doesn't show up, since she probably wont.. will she have another warrant on her?! or does guardianship in recent times automatically go to me? HELP! thanks

I believe in this overnight case, guardianship would just go to you. No additional warrant.
