What kind of laws get paid the most? Corporate Law? Criminal Law? Immigration Law?

laws don't get paid! You are going to have to be specific and correct if you want to go anywhere in your profession!
Corporate lawyers make the most money.
Do you mean lawyers? If so, it all would depend on who you work for. Defense lawyers can make a lot of money, if they are private. But if they are public defenders they will not make a lot of money.

To answer you question, my guess would be, on a whole, corporate lawyers since they tend to work for big corporations.

I work for corporate lawyers and they dont seem to make much. I was always told international is the hardest to get into because it pays so much. Even as an assistant to an international lawyer. One of the lawyers in the firm i work for does some tort and tryes to avoid it like the plague. (Only for current clients)
Criminal Law and Civil Service (state supported civil legal aid) get paid the very least. The highest paid attorneys are those that work in Tort law.

That all depends on how good you are. If you are good at what you do, you can make alot of money in Corporate or Patent.
